Kazakhstan’s educational institutions to introduce updated educational standards by mid-2020

As part of the mission of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Nur-Sultan hosted a series of multilateral meetings of World Bank’s experts and representatives of the Kazakhstan Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. The foreign guests praised the completion of the development and updating of 550 professional standards, on the basis of which educational programs in Kazakhstan will be updated, the Ministry’s press service reports.

332K new workplaces created in Kazakhstan

According to the local executive bodies, as of October 1, 2019, 332 thousand new jobs have been created, that is 89% of the annual plan (373 thousand), including 146 thousand in rural areas, Strategy2050.kz refers to the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Kazakhstan.
