Kazakhstan highly appreciates Afghan measures on advancement of women
September 5, 2018, State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulshara Abdykalikova took part in "Women's empowerment in Afghanistan" regional conference organized in the framework of the long-term assistance to Kazakhstan in the socio-economic reconstruction of Afghanistan, the strengthening of regional peace, stability and security.
