Abai’s 175th anniversary celebrated in India

In celebration of the 175th Anniversary of the great Kazakh poet, philosopher, composer and public figure Abai Qunanbaiuly on February 14, 2020 with the support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in India, a kids choir from the Panchsheel Balak inter college sang the famous song of Abai “Kozimnin karasy” in the Kazakh language, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to the Kazakh foreign ministry.

Kazakh embassy to Thailand held 'Abai Readings'

9 November 2019, the Kazakh embassy to Thailand with support of the Honorary Consulate in Pattaya held "Abai Readings" as part of the events dedicated to the celebration of the 175th anniversary of Abai Qunanbaiuly. Compatriots, guests from CIS countries living in Thailand, as well as local community representatives were present, the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan informs.
