Turkic-speaking countries vow to upgrade education through establishing accreditation center

Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and the Turkic Council Secretariat with support from the Ministry of Information and Public Development of Kazakhstan and Turkestan region’s Governor’s Office hosted the Union of Turkic Universities’ 4th General Assembly session, rallying rectors, diplomats, representatives of international organizations, experts, scholars, young students, cultural and public representatives from over 15 countries – Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Hungary. 19 universities from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey sit on the Union of Turkic Universities, founded in 2013 under the Turkic Council.
