The five-day conference of the Organization of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBTO) "Recalling the past, looking to the future" is timed to coincide with the International Day against Nuclear Tests, established by the UN General Assembly on the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
