Winners of Digital Bridge Awards named
Askar Zhumagaliyev, Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, has granted the Digital Bridge awards in the nominations “The Best Digitalization Office among Central Government Agencies”, “The Best Digitalization Office among Executive Bodies”, and “The Best Digitalization Office among Quasi-Public Organizations”, Strategy2050.kz informs with reference to Astana Hub, the Technology Park.
The award ceremony took place as part of the Digital Bridge International Technology Forum, where the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Kazakhstan has won the nomination for “The Best Digitalization Office among Central Government Agencies”. The Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) has been recognized best among quasi-public organizations, while Nur-Sultan’s Mayor’s Office has earned the title “The Best Digitalization Office among Executive Bodies”.

The Digital Bridge International Technology Forum is taking place in the Kazakh capital of Nur-Sultan. The Forum has brought together young IT specialists, internet companies, tech entrepreneurs, venture investors, business angels, government officials, corporations to exchange experiences and proposals in IT and innovations.
It is the second time such a forum taking place in Kazakhstan, with the first held on 5 November 2018. This year’s Forum was initiated by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in an effort to support young IT specialists.
