Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the participants online from Akorda.
“Solidarity, perseverance, sympathy are the traditional values of our nation. These qualities helped us overcome the most difficult hardship in Kazakhstan’s history. In the face of adversity, our unity becomes stronger. “We are Together” is a new motto of our society. Every day we witness heroic deeds of health workers, police officers, servicemen of the Armed Forces, as well as charity providers throughout the country. Today, my gratitude is primarily addressed to you. Doctors, nurses, orderlies, emergency workers, all the difficulties in combating the pandemic fell on your shoulders. Every day you demonstrate the strength of your spirit, adherence and courage. This is where true patriotism manifests itself”, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
