Global tourism has been hit hard in 2020, with international arrivals dropping by 74 percent according to the latest data from the World Tourism Organization.
With widespread travel restrictions and evolving nature of the pandemic, the crisis seems far from over. Most tourism experts do not expect international tourism to return to pre-pandemic levels before 2023.
