Two Kazakh nationals injured in a plane accident in Istanbul
Two Kazakh citizens sustained injuries following a hard landing at Istanbul Airport, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
According to the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Istanbul, on 5 February 2020 at 18:00 local time, two citizens of Kazakhstan were hospitalized to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital after a hard landing at Istanbul Airport.
“The Consulate General has taken control of the situation and is taking measures to assist them,” the report reads.
On 5 February 2020, a Boeing 737-800 of the Turkish low-cost airline Pegasus Airlines hard-landed at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport . The plane en route from Izmir to Istanbul had 183 people onboard, including six crew members. Three people were killed, 179 sustained injuries.
