New sightseeing attraction in Kazakhstan’s capital has appeared on the facade of the media center “Kazmedia Ortalygy”, Strategy2050.kz reports.
It is reported that the tower clock has been launched on the eve of the December holidays.
“The clock with a total size of 3 meters in height and 18 meters in width, with a dial area of 54 m² will become an indispensable urban gadget. The electronic panel is designed to operate in the temperature range from -50 ° C to + 60 ° C, equipped with protection against moisture and dust”, the message reads.
According to Lyazzat Zhunussova, Director General of the Kazmedia Ortalygy TV and Radio Complex, the climatic conditions of the city, the construction and design of the building were taken into account when installing the electronic clock.
“The digital panel is designed to inform guests and residents of the capital about the exact time, show the current air temperature and date. We believe that the clock will become a new recognizable landmark of the capital and will accurately and without errors serve the city and its inhabitants”, she shared.
For reference: “Kazmedia Ortalygy” is a modern state television and radio complex built in 2012 on the left bank of the capital.
