Tourist quarter to appear in Nur-Sultan

Construction of a multifunctional tourist district was discussed by Mayor Altai Kulginov and Ellington Properties Development LLC Chairman Joseph Thomas, Strategy refers to the official website of Mayor’s Office.
“Thus, it is planned that the leisure and entertainment centers will be located on the territory of the district that will operate in any season of the year. The amount of attracted investments will be more than 1 billion dollars. Implementation period - within 5-6 years. The company has been operating on the market for 5 years and it is one of the leading real estate companies in Dubai (UAE). It has extensive experience in implementing similar projects”, the message reads.
