Talgat Kaliyev appointed as President’s special representative for Afghanistan

The Head of State has appointed Talgat Kaliyev as Special Representative of the President of Kazakhstan for Afghanistan, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.
“By order of the Head of State, Kaliyev Talgat Gabdullovich, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, has been appointed as Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Afghanistan”, the message reads.
