Speaker Nigmatulin held meeting of Mazhilis Bureau

This is an additional protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union.
Kazakhstan is a full member of the Universal Postal Union since 1992. The protocol is aimed at fulfilling the obligations undertaken by our country to ensure international mail exchange and transit of international mail of Kazakhstan within the framework of the Universal Postal Union. This will stimulate the development of high-quality, affordable, universal postal services.
Among this is the Agreement of Kazakhstan with Uzbekistan on cooperation in the fight against illegal migration.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the parties cooperate in the fight against illegal migration in accordance with the laws and international obligations of their states.
