Sheikh Zayed Foundation opens its representative office in Kazakhstan
The Sheikh Zayed Foundation for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support opens an office in Kazakhstan. This was said by Alan Bessen, director of the ‘Sustainable Development’ Earth Fund, on the eve of the Islamic Finance Open Day at Astana International Financial Center which will take place on February 22, 2020.
“We will substantively discuss the activities of the Sheikh Zayed Foundation in Kazakhstan. In addition, specialists from the UAE will analyze the Kazakhstan market and in the future will help entrepreneurs realize business plans that contribute to the dynamic development of Kazakhstan”, Bessen wrote on his facebook page.
According to him, the activities of the Zayed Foundation in Kazakhstan will be focused on solving the problem of creating new jobs. Representatives of the UAE business intend to support small and medium enterprises in Kazakhstan for 10 years. The main areas of support include the provision of financing for the creation of a new and development of an existing business, support for social entrepreneurship, training and counseling, and the development of the entrepreneurial community. The Fund plans to operate in several areas: Islamic installments and Islamic partner financing.
