Sarkozy congratulates Elbasy on his anniversary

Nicolas Sarkozy warmly congratulated Elbasy on his birthday, having wished good health, prosperity and success in important state activities.
The ex-President of France emphasized that he appreciates the established friendly relations with Nursultan Nazarbayev and mentioned the years of joint activity aimed at the development of cooperation between the two countries.
Elbasy thanked Nicolas Sarkozy for sincere congratulations and kind words, drawing attention to the special importance of the Kazakh-French Strategic Partnership Agreement, signed by the interlocutors in Paris in 2008.
