Over 33K houses built in Kazakhstan for 5 months
For January-May 2020, according to statistics, the index of physical volume for construction amounted to 105.9%, with the plan of 103.8%. Presumably, these indicators are provided by increasing the volume of construction, in connection with the resumption of construction and installation works in the country, Strategy2050.kz reports.
At the same time, positive dynamics are observed in 15 regions. The leaders are Turkestan (131.2%), Karaganda (124.9%) East Kazakhstan (114.3%), West Kazakhstan (111.9%), Zhambyl (108.7%), North Kazakhstan (108 %), Kostanay (107.9%) regions.
For this period 4075 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the country. In total, 33,479 houses were commissioned, of which 14,209 were individual houses.
Increase in housing commissioning compared to last year is noted in 9 regions. These are North Kazakhstan (114.7%), Pavlodar (113.3%), Kostanay (112.2%), Zhambyl (109%), Karaganda (107.2%), East Kazakhstan (105.2%), Aktobe regions (103.2%), the cities of Nur-Sultan (106.7%) and Almaty (114.2%).
