On November 18, 1991, at the initiative of Nursultan Nazarbayev, a government decree of the Kazakh SSR was adopted on the procedure for the resettlement of indigenous people from abroad, which laid the foundation for the return of our compatriots to their homeland, Strategy2050.kz has learned from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s Twitter account.
