Nursultan Nazarbayev held a number of meetings

During the meeting with Speaker of Majlis Ash’shura of Oman Khalid Al-Mawali, Yelbasy pointed out Kazakhstan's interest in strengthening and expanding trade and economic cooperation with Oman.
“We are interested in developing relations between the two states. Due to the lack of logistics, we have a low trade volume. Right now we have built a railway leading from the Caspian to Iran. Now we have the opportunity to transport goods. We need to develop trade between our states”, the First President of Kazakhstan said.
Also the First President of Kazakhstan met with Speaker of Majlis ash-Shura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdullah Al-Sheikh.

During the meeting, Elbasy expressed gratitude to Abdullah Al-Sheikh for the visit and participation in a meeting of Eurasian speakers.
Nursultan Nazarbayev emphasized the friendly nature of relations between Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia.
The First President also recalled that the leadership of Saudi Arabia actively supported our country in the early years of independence.
“We have great respect for Saudi Arabia. At the dawn of independence, your country has given us great support. We remember this well”, Yelbasy said.
The Leader of the Nation met with Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Moon Hee-sang.

During the meeting, the First President of Kazakhstan thanked the distinguished guest for participating in the meeting of speakers of the Eurasian countries.
“All the years of our independence, I tried to establish the warmest relations with Korea. We have a large program of economic cooperation. We have a “living bridge” between the states - this is 100 thousand Kazakhstanis of Korean nationality. We are interested in continuing economic and political cooperation”, Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
Yelbasy also expressed support for the process of establishing dialogue between South and North Korea.
In turn, Moon Hee-sang emphasized the high level of the current meeting of speakers of Eurasia.
“75 percent of the world's people live on the Eurasian continent. 60 percent of the world's GDP falls on Eurasia. And as you know, the eastern border of Eurasia is the Republic of Korea. And Kazakhstan is in the heart of this continent. 19 countries took part in our first meeting, 27 in the second, 39 in the third. More than 55 countries are participating in today's meeting. And this progress is your merit”, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea said.
