Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulates on People’s Unity Day
First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev has congratulated Kazakhstanis on People’s Unity Day, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to elbasy.kz.
Dear compatriots!
Please accept my sincere congratulations on the Day of Unity of People of Kazakhstan!
This holiday personifies our best features - openness, trust, patriotism.
The decision to establish this holiday was made by me a quarter of a century ago. Over the years, we have managed to turn the country's multi-ethnicity and religious diversity into a strategic advantage.
Thanks to our unity, we have overcome many difficulties, achieved respect and recognition throughout the world, and got great success in the country’s creation.
Peace and social reconciliation will always be fundamental values that hold our statehood together.
This year we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan as well, which united all ethnic groups around the nation-forming nation, contributing to the strengthening of our independence.
The cohesion of the people of Kazakhstan is not a historical fact, but the great work and responsibility of each of us.
This year we celebrate Unity Day in special conditions. The trials that have fallen around the world have affected Kazakhstan.
I am sure that we will successfully cope with all the challenges and become even stronger, strictly following the unshakable principles of friendship, unity, consent and mutual support.
I wish all Kazakhstanis good health, well-being, and peace and prosperity to our country!
