On June 8, 2020 Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport has officially changed its three-letter code from TSE to NQZ, which will be written in all reservation systems, boarding tickets, luggage tags and information displays, Strategy2050.kz reports with the reference to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development.
Since 2014 Kazakhstan has been actively working to change the three-letter code of Nur-Sultan airport, assigned by International Air Transport Association (IATA).
