New head of Central Communications Service named

The Head of State has ordered to appoint Alishev Ruslan Kanatkhanovich Alishev as the head of the central state institution “Central Communications Service” under the President of Kazakhstan, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to Akorda’s press service.
At the same time, by the order of the Head of State, Kaliyev Talgat Begimovich was relieved of his post as the head of the central state institution “Central Communications Service” under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
