Dozens of species of animals, birds, fish and plants are threatened with extinction in Kazakhstan, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wrote on his Twitter page, Strategy2050.kz reports.
“Today is World Environment Day. This year it is dedicated to the theme of biodiversity conservation. Dozens of species of animals, birds, fish and plants are threatened with extinction in Kazakhstan. Nature protection is a matter of national importance”, the President stated.
