Mazhilis Speaker held talks with Belarus colleague

Mazhilis Chairman Nurlan Nigmatulin met with Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko, who is in Kazakhstan for the 4th Meeting of Speakers of Parliaments of the Eurasian countries dubbed “Greater Eurasia: Dialogue. Trust. Partnership”, Strategy2050.kz report with reference to the Mazhilis press service.

Nurlan Nigmatulin thanked Vladimir Andreichenko for his participation in the Meeting taking into account that Belarus is having an electoral period, underlining that Belarus is an important political and trade and economic partner of Kazakhstan and that the relations between the two States, including the inter-parliamentary relations, represent constructive and fruitful cooperation.

In his turn, Vladimir Andreichenko noted that Kazakhstan has greatly contributed to peace, friendship and consent promotion outside the Eurasian space.

The Belarus Speaker emphasized on the special relations between First Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko.

He also expressed confidence that the 4th Meeting of Speakers will end up successful after all that buildup.

The Mazhilis Chairman expressed confidence that the Kazakh-Belarus relations bilaterally and internationally will expand with due regard for mutual interests.
