Kazakhstan to negotiate air traffic expansion and cooperation with 13 countries
The opening of the12th annual Air Transport Negotiation Event (ICAN 2019) organized by ICAO has taken place today in Jordan, bringing together 71 states and 5 international organizations, Kazakhstan’s Civil Aviation Administration informs.
The President of the Council of ICAO, Dr. Olumuiva Benard Aliu, has attended the opening ceremony.
During the opening ceremony, the participants of the event have discussed air traffic liberalization.
The Kazakh delegation annually participates in this event and is represented by the head of the specialized department of civil aviation, the Kazakh Ambassador to Jordan, the heads of the airlines Air Astana, SCAT, Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Aktau airports.
Within the ICAN, negotiations with 13 countries on expanding air services and cooperation in civil aviation are about to take place.
