Kazakhstan to declare July 13 National Day of Mourning

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has declared July 13 as a day of mourning for those who died from coronavirus in Kazakhstan in a televised address, Strategy2050.kz reports.
“Unfortunately, the disease continues to take the lives of Kazakhstanis. Behind the official reports there are the tragedies of hundreds of families. Someone has lost a father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter. I express my condolences to the families of the deceased. This common tragedy is for all of us. Therefore, I decided to declare July 13 as the National Mourning Day”, the Head of State said.
