Kazakhstan's Youth Presidential Reserve launches second selection: what's new?

Kazakhstan’s Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve began receiving applications for its second cohort from September 1. Fifty young and talented young people from all over Kazakhstan will be selected into the reserve. While the applications are still open and final results will be announced only in December, we sat down to talk to Azhar Kaliyeva, Chief Consultant of the Talent Management Department at the Kazakh Agency for Civil Service Affairs.
