Kazakhstan and Poland to open new flights

The Kazakh delegation and the Polish aviation authorities held the talks on 3 December 2019, the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development informs.
Under the open skies regime, introduced following the Head of State’s instruction, flights en-route Nur-Sultan-Warsaw now run 14 times a week, including daily flights and 7 flights a week en-route Warsaw to Almaty.
Under the agreement, LOT polish Airlines is due to increase flights en-route Warsaw to Nur-Sultan from 4 to 7 flights a week by 2020 summer, also open flights to Almaty next year, while flights to another Kazakh city, Shymkent, are being considered.
