Kazakhstan and International Committee of the Red Cross discuss coop
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Ashikbayev on 19 December 2019 received the Head of the Regional Representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Central Asia, Jean Jerome Casabyanka, who is completing his diplomatic mission, the Kazakh foreign ministry informed.
During the conversation, topical issues of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the ICRC were discussed, as well as a number of upcoming contacts and events. Mutual interest was expressed in the further expansion of humanitarian cooperation, a close and confidential dialogue between Kazakhstan and the ICRC.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his gratitude to the Head of the ICRC Regional Representation for his constructive contribution to strengthening cooperation with Kazakhstan and wished him further success in his new post.
