Kazakh President appoints new deputy foreign minister

The Kazakh Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has signed decrees appointing the new deputy foreign minister, the foreign minister's executive secretary, the Akorda press service informs.
Baymukhan Margulan Bakytuly has been named the deputy foreign minister of Kazakhstan, after being relieved of the post of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Poland.
The decree also appoints Utenov Arken Khamitovich the Kazakh foreign minister’s executive secretary.
