Kazakh President amends legislation on agribusiness

The Head of State has signed a Law on the introduction of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the agribusiness’s regulation, Strategy2050.kz cites the press service of Akorda.
The Law focuses on greater legislation in the agribusiness.
The amendments include a ban to allocate rural land in border zones to foreigners, stateless persons, foreign legal persons as well as Kazakh legal persons with foreign participation.
