Kazakh Head of State holds meetings
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has received Chairwoman of the Kazakhstan Association of Regional Environmental Initiatives EcoZher Lyazzat Ramazanova, the founders of Kaspi.kz Vyacheslav Kim and Mikhail Lomtadze.
Lyazzat Ramazanova has informed the Head of State about the activities of the EcoJer association, the development and implementation of technologies to minimise the negative impact of industrial enterprises on air quality.
During the meeting, the main provisions of the draft new Environmental Code have been in focus, in the development of which public associations took an active part.
The Head of State has underscored the need to bring environmental legislation in line with advanced international standards.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz Vyacheslav Kim and Chairman of the Board Mikhail Lomtadze has told the President about the development strategy of digital services and the corresponding ecosystem, as well as about the prospects for the growth of electronic commerce in Kazakhstan. Particular attention has been paid to the Company's plans to support small and medium-sized businesses.
The Head of State has been updated upon the preparation of Kaspi.kz for the upcoming public offering of the company's shares on the London Stock Exchange and at the AIFC site.
The President has noted the importance of introducing technical innovations in the activities of the Kazakh bank.
