Kazakh Foreign Ministry welcomes Riyadh Agreement between Yemeni Gov’t and Southern Transitional Council
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan welcomed the Riyadh Agreement signed on Tuesday between the Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council, Strategy2050.kz reports citing a statement from the foreign ministry of Kazakhstan.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan welcomes the signing of the Riyadh Agreement between the Government of Yemen and the Southern Transitional Council and commends an important role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in reaching this agreement,” the statement reads.
Kazakhstan expresses its hope that the document will be an important step towards stabilizing the situation in region and peaceful political solution of the crisis in Yemen.
