According to children’s rights ombudsman, Aruzhan Sain, the laptops will be distributed among children who need help for distance learning. In particular, part of the laptops will be handed over to children who arrived in Kazakhstan from Iraq as part of the “Rusafa” humanitarian campaign, which was successfully carried out in November last year.
