Kazakh and Russian Presidents discussed the upcoming meetings

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had telephone contact with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Strategy2050.kz informs with reference to the Akorda press service.
“During the conversation, the Kazakh President congratulated Vladimir Putin on the birthday, wihed his health, well-being and success in the major public post for the benefit of Russian people,” the statement reads.
On his part, the Russian President thanked Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, noting the high level of allied relations among Kazakhstan and Russia build on the strong ties of friendship and good neigbourliness.
Both Heads of State reviewed the timetable for the upcoming meetings, including the preparations for the 16th Kazakh-Russian Interregional Cooperation Forum, to take place on 6-7 November 2019 in Omsk.
