Kazakh Ambassador presented credentials to President of India
At the Rashtrapati Bhavan Presidential Palace, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to India, Yerlan Alimbayev, presented his credentials to President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, Strategy reports with reference to the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the course of the meeting held after the event, President R. Kovind expressed gratitude to the Kazakh diplomat for holding the ceremony in Hindi and congratulated him on the start of the diplomatic mission, and also emphasized the trustful nature of the relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Alimbayev informed the President of India about measures taken in Kazakhstan to modernize the economy and improve the social sphere, as outlined in the first Address of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Along with this, the interlocutors discussed a number of topical issues, including the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as cultural and humanitarian interaction.
