Kazakh Ambassador presented credentials to Israeli President
Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Satybaldy Burshakov, presented his credentials to President of the State of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, at his Beit Hanassi residence.
The President of Israel and the Ambassador of Kazakhstan discussed bilateral relations and prospects for their development, as well as interaction in the framework of international formats.
Expressing gratitude for the assistance provided by the Kazakh nation to Jews during the Second World War, R. Rivlin assured that the feeling of gratitude to the Kazakh people will forever remain in the hearts of the Israelis.
The Head of the Israeli State noted that the policy of tolerance and inter-confessional harmony in multinational Kazakhstan deserves high respect and is a good example of how, in fact, xenophobia, anti-Semitism and other manifestations of intolerance must be resisted.

Highly appreciating the level of constructive and mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the field of healthcare, industry, high technology and know-how, the President of Israel wished the Kazakh Ambassador success in implementing the planned joint plans and projects.
Thanking for the congratulations of the President and the people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of Independence Day, S. Burshakov assured the Head of the Israeli state that he would make efforts to further strengthen friendship and cooperation, in particular the intensification of trade and economic ties between the two countries.
In conclusion, R. Rivlin asked to convey his best wishes and invited President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to pay an official visit to Israel.
