Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Abdizhamil Nurpeissov

During the meeting, the Head of State presented national writer Abdizhamil Nurpeissov with the Altyn Zhuldyz special insignia and the Kazakhstan Yenbek Yeri title, Strategy2050.kz reports citing Akorda’s press service.
The President of Kazakhstan emphasized that the coryphaeus of the Kazakh literature has been awarded the country's highest award on the eve of his 95th birthday for his significant contribution to expanding the horizons of the national literature in the world.
“Our people need you. I wish you good health, long life, creative achievements, happiness and prosperity”, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
Abdizhamil Nurpeissov, thanking the Head of State, wished him success in activities for the benefit of independent Kazakhstan.
