Investors from Serbia to invest KZT 80 bn in construction sector of Nur-Sultan

Investors from Serbia will invest about 80 billion tenge in the construction sector of the capital, the official website of the city reports.
Mayor of the city A. Kulginov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Serbia to Kazakhstan V. Matic and Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Serbia M. Karic discussed the construction of an apartment building complex.
A. Kulginov noted that all conditions are created for a favorable investment climate.
So, according to the report of the international rating agency Moody’s Investors Service, the credit rating of the capital changed from “stable” to “positive”. The assessment also includes the investment rating of the city.
