Head of State held a meeting on priority areas of work in 2020
The meeting with the leadership of the Presidential Administration discussed issues of socio-economic, socio-political development and foreign policy of Kazakhstan, as well as the main events planned for 2020, Akorda reported.
Organizational issues related to the celebration of the 175th anniversary of Abai Qunanbaiuly and the 1150th anniversary of al-Farabi were touched upon.
In addition, the measures were discussed for the economic and social development of the country's regions, as well as the key tasks for the first quarter of 2020.
Following the meeting, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev gave a number of specific instructions to strengthen work in the field of improving the efficiency of public administration and solving pressing social issues.
