Head of State arrives in Ashgabat
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Ashgabat to participate in a meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State, Strategy 2050.kz reports with reference to President’s press secretary Berik Uali.
“The President is expected to hold a bilateral meeting with Turkmen leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. At the CIS summit, the Head of State will present his vision for the further development of the Organization, as well as propose concrete measures to strengthen the economic cooperation of the Commonwealth countries. Following the meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State in Ashgabat, it is planned to sign a number of multilateral documents, including an Address to the peoples of the Commonwealth and the world community in connection with the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War”, Berik Uali wrote on his Facebookpage.
