Foreign investors invested another $ 570 mln in Kazakh enterprises
In 2019, Kazakhstan launched 10 projects for $ 570 million with foreign investments, Strategy2050.kz cities LS.
Investors from Luxembourg, Russia, Italy, Germany, Singapore and China invested in new objects.
Among the launched projects, six were implemented in the sphere of renewable energy sources. $ 358 million was invested in their construction. The national company noted that six solar power plants with a total capacity of 288 MW were commissioned in Almaty, East Kazakhstan, Turkestan, Karaganda and Aktobe regions.
At the same time, the production of tractors was opened in Kostanay region, noodles in Turkestan, ferroalloys in Karaganda (32 billion tenge), and lubricants (36 billion tenge in Almaty).
In general, due to the opening of these enterprises in the country, more than 1.5 thousand people were provided with work.
It should be noted that investors from Belgium have invested more than $ 638 million in Kazakh projects.
