Elbasy met with President of Uzbekistan

On the margins of the 2nd Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Tashkent First President of Kazakhstan-Elbasy, Nursultan Nazarbayev, held talks with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Elbasy’s press service informs.
After the official welcoming ceremony, Nursultan Nazarbayev and Shavkat Mirziyoyev met in tête-à-tête format.

During the talks, the First President of Kazakhstan and the President of Uzbekistan discussed the current situation and further prospects for expanding cooperation between Central Asian countries.
In addition, the parties exchanged views on the international and regional agenda.
