Civil servants have a special responsibility for implementing reforms, modernizing the whole country, implementing the concept of a “hearing state”, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wrote on his Twitter, Strategy2050.kz reports.
“Today is the Civil Servant Day. Civil servants have a special responsibility for implementing reforms, modernizing the whole country, implementing the concept of a “hearing state. The fulfillment of the legal requirements of our citizens depends on you. I wish you success in work aimed at building strong, reputable Kazakhstan!”, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wrote on Twitter
