Bakhyt Sultanov heads ‘QazTrade’ Board of Directors
During the meeting of the board of directors of QazTrade Trade Policy Development Center JSC, Minister of Trade and Integration Bakhyt Sultanov was elected chairman of the Company, Strategy2050.kz reports.
The board of directors also includes: Deputy Minister of Trade and Integration Azamat Askaruly, Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance Nikolay Kadyukov, Deputy Minister of Trade and Integration Zhanel Kushukova, Director General of QazTrade Trade Policy Development Center JSC Arman Abenov, Independent Director, Chairman of the Management Board Association of legal entities “Global Silk Road” Association” Bolat Smagulov, Independent Director, Managing Partner at Abramov&Associates LLP Igor Abramov.
The following issues were also considered at the meeting:
1. Approval of the Regulation on the corporate secretary of the Company.
2. Early termination of the powers of the Secretary of the Board of Directors and appointment of the Corporate Secretary of the Company, determination of his term of office and the size of the official salary.
3. Creation of the Committee for Strategic Planning and Development of the Board of Directors of the Company and approval of its Regulation.
4. Appointment of the chairman and members of the Strategic Planning and Development Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
