It should be noted, the Ministry of Jusitce develop a legislative amendments according to the implementation of the tasks assigned by the President on joining the 30 most competitive countries of the world.
"The draft provides for the simplification procedure of obtaining protection for industrial property and thereby enhances the investment attractiveness of Kazakhstan market. The draft received a positive assessment by the World Intellectual Property Organization,"the head of the Ministry concluded .
