Kazakhstani budget expenditures amounted 17,5% over 5 month of 2014 - Deputy PM

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov informed of the execution of the national budget for 5 months of 2014 and effectiveness of the use of the public funds.
"The national budget revenues amounted to 104.5%, or 3.088 trillion tenge, the republican budget revenues exceeded the plan by 2.2% and amounted to 2.546 billion tenge," Sultanov said.
“For five months of this year, the budget expenditures reached 461 trillion tenge, which compared to the same period in 2013 increased by 17,5%,' the speaker noted.
Transfers from the National Fund in the amount of 350 billion, increase in the excise tax rates on tobacco and alcohol for on export duties, taxes, freight and property have affected the increase in revenue growth. The national budget deficit amounted to 150.3 billion tenge," the Minister concluded.
