Curtis B. Masters.: Law on investment climate improvement to raise investors’ credibility
According to the Mr. Masters, President Nazarbayev pursues a policy of creating a favorable investment climate, creating a Council of Foreign Investors and holding meetings with the largest investors in the country at least once a year. This gives him the opportunity to communicate directly with investors to discuss issues of concern to investors, and to solve them on a reciprocal basis.
Besides the speaker noted timeliness of the signing of the law on improving the investment climate in Kazakhstan.
"Plenary Session of the Foreign Investors Council, held June 12, was particularly useful because the President signed a law providing for a series of measures aimed at the investment climate improvement. These measures should increase the level of confidence of investors operating in Kazakhstan. The new stability of the tax regime is timely especially," Curtis Masters resumed.
