Eight children's health camps for 1.1 thousand places will be opened in the beginning of the summer season this year, Director of Department of Secondary Education, Information Technology of the Ministry of Education and Science Zhanyl Zhontayeva said today at a press conference on the organization of summer camps, rehabilitation and employment of schoolchildren.
"In the beginning of the summer season eight children's health camps for 1150 seats will be opened. These camps will be opened in East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Mangistau and South Kazakhstan regions," Z. Zhontayeva told.
At the same time 1 million 219 pupils will be covered by various types of employment.
In general, to date coverage of senior intellectual summer schools of Olympic reserve, schools asset of leaders, Debate camps, etc. amounted approximately 11.4%.
However, international events this year will cover nearly 47 thousand pupils. At the same time, more than three thousand Kazakh schoolchildren from different regions have rest in 74 international camps.
