New constraction standars discussed in Karaganda
During the workshop the participants discussed reforming of the regulatory framework in the construction industry.
The main objective of the reform is the integration of the construction industry in the global system. Implementation of this reform includes three phases. The first stage is preparation.
So, it is planned to complete the development of a set of building codes CH RK EN, building regulations and codes of practice on buildings and structures, engineering systems, harmonization of reference standards.
The second stage is the transition to the new system of technical regulation in 2015 and the "period of coexistence," the old and the new system of technical regulation until 2020.
The third stage is a generalization of application and adjustment of the new regulatory framework.
