Session of Commission on Awarding State Prize of Kazakhstan in Literature and Art held in Akorda

Secretary of State of Kazakhstan Adilbek Dzhaksybekov chaired a session of the Commission on Awarding the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Literature and Art, the press service of Akorda reported.
The Participants were informed on works accepted into prize competition in literature and art and results of registration and verification of their compliance with the requirements, held by the Ministry of Culture.
The works were divided into three sections: literature, music, theater and cinema, art and architecture.
Works recommended for participation in the next round were selected during the secret ballot.
List of candidates was approved by the general decision of the Commission, the official website of Akorda informs.
